Background...
Owner and executive chef, Joe Yantachka III has years of restaurant
and catering experience. He graduated from Alfred state colleges’
culinary arts program with numerous awards. Some include, Top Hat
awards, Honors Program, 1st place finish in the 1999 annual culinary
show, and a 3rd place finish in the 1998 Annual culinary Show also
made the Who’s Who list of top students in U.S. Colleges, graduating
with a 3.82 GPA. All while owning, operating and running a weekend
concession stand for four successful years. Moving on to bigger
things, he started the catering business fresh out of college, which in
now heading into its 10th consecutive year.
Partyman Catering and Rental serves all of Rochester, Livingston
County and the surrounding area’s with its mission being
convenience! We specialize in providing top of the line catering,
excellent food, and friendly service at a very reasonable price. But
above all, professionalism and courtesy come first. Whether it be
planning a corporate lunch, wedding, picnic, graduation party or
birthday it is important to feel confident about the service and
