We originally chose Partyman Catering and Rental for Brooke and Jason's
wedding reception because serving excellent food to our guests was high priority.
We took the wording of the wedding invitation quite literally, considering it an
honor that family and friends would join us for such a joyous event.
Ours was a fairly large reception at Camp Stella Maris. The bride and groom
chose an extensive menu, and Joe assured us he and his staff were equal to the
task. We trusted his experience, judgment, skill, and work ethic to deal with the
myriad aspects of a formal wedding reception.
Joe kept in touch with us at appropriate intervals during the months leading up to
the wedding. We had many, many questions, all of which he dealt with promptly
and in detail. At every meeting, Joe took notes, made or modified plans, and
offered suggestions.
During the final few days of preparation before the wedding, we increasingly
relied on him for advice and assistance in areas like room setup, timing, and even
decorations. As the venue took shape, we noted that tables, chairs, and table
service were all well-maintained and sparkling clean.
Joe orchestrated the coordinated efforts of many other professionals involved in
Brooke and Jason's reception. He recommended the excellent baker who made
the wedding cake, served as liaison with CSM, and kept the reception itself on
track. Because the entire flow of the reception revolved around dinner, his role
was pivotal to its success.
When we entered the room at the beginning of the reception, we immediately
relaxed and began to enjoy the party. The situation was clearly in hand. Partyman
Catering's professionalism was evident everywhere, from the beautifully presented
h'oerderves, to the lovely table settings and the skilled, efficient staff. Dinner for
close to 200 people was served graciously and on time. As we had anticipated,
the quality of the food was excellent. We were very pleased and have since
received many positive comments on Joe's culinary skills.
We believe the personal service provided by Joe Yantachka and his staff sets him
apart from the crowd. His careful planning, attention to detail, and dedication to
excellence were evident throughout. His concern that Brooke and Jason have the
wedding reception of their dreams was genuine. Our memories of our daughter's
