that we have what fits our needs and at the best price. They do a superb job with our hors d'oeuvres and desserts that are made in-house and

Hi Joe, Thank you so much for everything! The food was delicious, lots of compliments, the tent
was the perfect size and thank you so much for the extra sides. They really helped cut down the
wind after the rain. We actually ended up having good weather after that huge storm. I think
someone was looking after us, because I thought that it would last all day and night! I can honestly
say that it was a wonderful graduation party! Again, thanks so much for being flexible. Now I will

fabulous--people are still raving about the menu and the great food. From the special, homemade fresh raspberry tequila
drinks to the portabella mushrooms (omg my mouth is watering!) you did it all, handled it all, and provided a perfect
service with a smile and flare to each and every guest in a professionaland entertaining way. You are the best and we are
so thankful we chose you for this occasion. The bar service the next day was like none we've experienced--professional
yet friendly. Perfect. Also noteworthy and we are thankful again for your professionalism is how you handled any
