Twin chicken breasts gently egg battered and sautéed in a Sherry butter sauce then finished with a hint of lemon and
freshly grated parmesan cheese, all erved over a bed of linguini.  OR
Marsala style, sautéed with wild mushrooms in a Marsala wine sauce

A boneless breast of chicken stuffed with roasted roma tomatoes, basil and fresh mozzarella served over savory
farfalle pasta in a asaigo peppercorn cream sauce

Chicken breasts, roasted red peppers, black olives,  artichoke hearts,  garlic and fresh basil sautéed with penne pasta
in a white wine sauce

Pan Seared Duck Breast $15
A 6 oz duck breast pan seared medium rare with a sweet apricot and orange glaze over a cranberry and pecan stuffing

Creamy Chicken Alfredo $15
Sliced char-grilled chicken breast strips over a bed of al dente fettuccini, topped with our homemade Alfredo sauce,
fresh broccoli and freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Three Cheese Manicotti $13
A blend of ricotta, asaigo and mozzarella cheeses rolled in a oversized pasta sheet topped with rich marinara sauce
and provolone cheese

6 jumbo shrimp baked with spinach, feta cheese and bacon then topped off
