Pay Rate
Minimum- $10/hr +tips
Duties to include
* Most importantly providing exceptional customer service
* Maintaining a professional appearance and presentation
* Ability to take initiative and strong work ethic
* Willingness to be flexible and accommodating
Only second to the above
* Serving guest’s meals with respect to timeliness and presentation
* Maintaining a clean service station and dining room
* Filling chafing dishes and maintaining a clean and impressive buffet line
* End of night cleanup, restock and reset dining room
* Setup and breakdown of dining rooms
* Occasional dishwashing
* Ability to learn basic duties at cash register and credit card machine
* General knowledge of the menu and can describe all items to guests, including daily specials
* Great communication skills
Bartenders: Including above duties as well as defined below
* Customer awareness (knowledgeable of when people are intoxicated and need to be cut off)
* Able to on occasion handle fast paced pressure, and keep a neat and organized bar
* Cleaning and stocking bar after shift (may include mopping behind the bar)
* Properly identifying guests under 30
Demands
* Much travel up and down stairs, kitchen/storage in lower level and dining room on upper level.
* Lifting and carrying trays, bus tubs, and cases from 5-25lbs and occasionally more.
* Sometime off peak and late night hours
* Weekends are a must
